The Council of National Investors under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a permanently operating advisory body under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Council's main tasks are:
1) developing recommendations and proposals on matters relating to:
improving the regulatory legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan on entrepreneurship;
creating conditions that stimulate the development of a market economy and the attraction of domestic investment into the country's economy;
assessing and improving the business and investment climate;
2) consolidating the activities of private business entities and their associations operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) considering and discussing other important matters in the field of entrepreneurship and investment policy;
4) contributing to industrialization, diversification, and the promotion of non-resource exports, as well as the development of small and medium-sized business in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
