Kassym-Jomart Tokayev extended his heartfelt congratulations to President Jakov Milatović on the occasion of Montenegro`s Statehood Day.
The Head of State emphasized that Kazakhstan highly values its longstanding cooperation with Montenegro based on bonds of friendship and mutual respect. He also noted that the recent official visit of the Montenegrin leader to Astana marked an important milestone in the history of bilateral relations and created new opportunities to strengthen cooperation across a wide range of areas.
