Born in 1991 in Taraz.
Education: holds a Master’s degree in Global Security.
2013 - graduated from KIMEP University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
2016 - graduated from al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business.
2018 - earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Nazarbayev University.
2020 - completed a Master's degree in Global Security at Johns Hopkins University.
Began his professional career in 2011 as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences, KIMEP University.
2013-2014 - second category specialist at the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014-2017 - attaché, third, second secretary at the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2017-2021 - third, second, and first secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States of America.
2021-2022 - expert, consultant at the Office of the Special Representative of the President of Kazakhstan for International Cooperation.
2022-2023 - Head of Sector at the Department of Foreign Policy and International Relations of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2023 - Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Policy of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On October 15, 2025, by the Presidential Decree, he was appointed Head of the Department of Foreign Policy of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Holds the diplomatic rank of First Secretary, Class II.
Graduate of the Bolashak International Scholarship Programme and member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
