The Head of the State with great sadness has accepted the bad news of the tragic death of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey Andrey G. Karlov.
The telegram states that A.Karlov has been a brainy diplomat, whose professional activity has earned the universal respect and was aimed at strengthening the Russian-Turkish relations.
"The accomplished act of terrorism once again confirms the need for integrating efforts of the entire world at struggle with that evil. No act of violence is justified. Kazakhstan strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations" the telegram says.
Nursultan Nazarbayev, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on his own behalf, expressed his condolences to Andrey Karlov’s family and friends.
