The Head of State was briefed on the construction of Zerde-Ceramics Aktobe LLP plant for manufacturing porcelain and ceramic tiles. The total cost of this investment project is KZT 9.2 bln.
The President of Kazakhstan was informed about the actualization of the State program of industrial-innovative development, industrial modernization and growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also heard information on the activities of regional large industrial facilities, including the oil-producing company CNPC-Aktobemunaygas JSC and ARM WIND enterprise for constructing wind power plants.
Addressing the heads of companies, the Head of State has drawn attention to the need for an annual increase in employee compensation, increase in the share of Kazakh content in the goods and services purchased. The President stressed the importance of creating a belt around large enterprises for the SME development.
Following the visit, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the regional authorities to take comprehensive measures to further attract investments to the region.
