During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of cooperation in the field of defence and cooperation as part of the CSTO. Nursultan Nazarbayev and Sergey Shoygu noted the importance of holding KADEX 2018 international exhibition and pointed out its effectiveness for strengthening interstate relations in the defence-industrial sphere of the two countries.
