In the telegram, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that it is with deep sorrow that he learnt about the tragedy and the great loss of life as a result of the crash. The President of Kazakhstan on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of the country extended his deepest condolences to the families of the deceased.
