In the telegram, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that it was with deep sorrow that he learnt of the tragedy that led to the massive loss of life and many injured. On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on his own behalf the President expressed condolences to the families of the deceased in the accident.
