In their letters, the residents of Karaganda region thanked Nursultan Nazarbayev for the support rendered by the government.

People noted that the President responded and helped everyone who was in need.
We have received a compensation payment. People, who lost their houses, were provided with accommodation. We also received medications, warm clothes, food from across the country. We were just happy when representatives of the regional administration told us we will move into new houses this autumn in compliance with your task,” the authors wrote.
