The authors expressed their gratitude for the decisions made within the framework of the Decree on comprehensive measures to improve the conditions for development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In particular, the authors called the moratorium on planned inspections of small and medium businesses a necessary measure and a real support for entrepreneurs. Also, the authors expressed confidence that the decision of the President would lay the foundation for the further development of Kazakhstan’s economy.
