During the meeting, the Head of our state was presented the information on Kazakhstan's activities in international organizations and the report on the results of a number of international events.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs reported to the President of Kazakhstan on the results of his participation in the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly and informed about the key priorities of our country's activities in the framework of the upcoming chairmanship of the UN Security Council.
Kairat Abdrakhmanov has also told Nursultan Nazarbayev about the main directions of Kazakhstan's cooperation in the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia and stressed that all the states participating in this organization positively assess the peacekeeping efforts of the Head of State for settling the conflict in Syria.
In addition, the Foreign Minister emphasized that the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation highly appreciate the results of the Summit on Science and Technology held this September in Astana.
Following the meeting, the President of Kazakhstan has given a number of specific instructions.
