Monitoring of extraordinary presidential elections in Kazakhstan by the mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights was discussed during the conversation.
The Head of State has stressed that the upcoming elections will be held in accordance with the law, transparently, honestly and fairly.
In turn, Urszula Gacek thanked Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for the meeting and informed about the beginning of the activities of international observers. According to her, representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR mission have begun to monitor the electoral process and are actively working in all regions of Kazakhstan.
