During the meeting, the President of Kazakhstan was briefed on the ongoing work to develop the Centre and preparations for the AIFC Management Board meeting.
Kairat Kelimbetov has also spoken about the upcoming professional conference Astana Finance Days to take place on July 2-3, 2019 in Nur-Sultan.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed that the AIFC should become the centre for attracting the largest international banks and investment companies. The Kazakh President has instructed to take further measures to turn the AIFC into a generator of attracting investment in the economy and the financial sector not only of our country, but of the entire region.
