Opening the meeting, Gulshara Abdykalikova emphasized the importance of Nursultan Nazarbayev’s words, The switch from knowledge transfer practice to forming creative thinking skills, the ability to find the necessary information and use it correctly is an important megatrend of global progress. In the conditions of dynamic technological growth, specialists should be ready to change their professions, as well as update their knowledge throughout life.
- At present the Bolashak scholarship has become a successful platform for training such competitive specialists, the Secretary of State said.
The total number of scholarships for 2018 is 555.
As part of the Commission’s work, a list of candidates for awarding Bolashak scholarships has been reviewed, as well as a number of issues related to the Program’s implementation.
By the Commission’s decision, 142 applicants have been awarded scholarships, who will get educated at leading universities, research and production centres of the world according to Master's and Doctoral programs.
Following the meeting, Secretary of State Gulshara Abdykalikova gave a number of instructions for the further implementation of the Bolashak international scholarship.
