In line with item 3-1 of article 41 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan I hereby order:
- To call an early election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 26, 2015.
- The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure the organisation and holding of early presidential election.
- The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take all appropriate measures to provide organizational, material and technical, and financial support of early presidential election.
- The Mayors of regions and the cities of Astana and Almaty shall ensure timely compilation and authenticity of lists of citizens having voting rights, render comprehensive assistance to the Central, local and district election commissions in the organisation and holding of early presidential election.
- The Present Decree shall take effect on the day of promulgation.
