I congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
The Basic Law of the country has passed a convincing test of time and proved its fundamental importance in determining the national vector of historical evolution.
By laying a solid foundation for our sovereignty, the Constitution has made its weighty contribution to ensuring domestic political stability and unity of Kazakhstan's society.
The rule of law, steadfast adherence to rights and freedoms, social guarantees and the highest universal values proclaimed by our Constitution are close and understandable to every citizen.
At the present stage, the constitutional norms of the social and state structure are the basis for steady development and modernization processes, supporting the positive times to come for the entire nation of Kazakhstan!
