Born in 1987 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In 2010, graduated from the University of Cambridge under the Bolashak International Scholarship program with a degree in Computer Science. In 2014, graduated from the University of Cambridge and Lomonosov Moscow State University under the Executive Management program.
2010–2014 – Information Technology Specialist, Manager of the Information Technologies Department, Director of the Cybersecurity Department at an international company in London.
2014–2016 – Deputy Director of the Digital Technologies Department at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016–2017 – Chairman of the Management Board of JSC National Infocommunication Holding “Zerde”.
2017–2018 – Adviser to the Governor of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
2018–2020 – Managing Director for Digital Technologies at the Astana International Financial Centre.
2020–2022 – Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2022–2025 – Chairman of the Management Board of Kazpost JSC.
June 8, 2025 – appointed Adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
December 10, 2025 – appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Decree of the Head of State.
Awarded the commemorative medal «30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (2021) and the Order of «Qurmеt» (2025).
