The President was introduced to the industrial and financial performances, as well as the expected results of the group of companies under the Samruk-Kazyna at the end of this year.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has been briefed on the progress of implementation of priority projects. In particular, six major projects are scheduled for completion by the end of the year including the reconstruction of the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak water pipeline, the gasification of the Sarsha and Warm Beach areas, the construction of the 2nd string of the Beineu-Zhanaozen gas pipeline, the construction of the looping of the Makat-North Caucasus gas pipeline, the restoration of the first power unit at Ekibastuz GRES-1, and the strengthening of electric network of the western zone of the Unified Electric Power System of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, The Chairman of the Management Board Nurlan Zhakupov reported the Head of State about the privatization program of the Fund's assets. According to the information given, it is planned to complete the SPO of KEGOC until November 10, 2023.
