To appoint Zhanseit Tuimebayev as the akim of South Kazakhstan region, having relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Albania with concurrent accreditation.
