Born on June 28, 1988, Taldykorgan city.
In 2010, graduated from the Kazakh-British Technical University with a Bachelor’s degree. In 2011, graduated from the Kazakh-British Technical University with a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology. Completed internships in Japan, Austria, the United States, and South Korea.
From 2011 to 2016, held various analytical positions at the «National Agency for Technological Development» JSC.
From 2016 to 2018, served as Director of the Center for Strategic Projects at the Kazakhstan Industry Development Institute JSC.
From 2018 to 2020, served as Head of the «Strategic Research and Forecasting» Program at the «Institute of World Economics and Politics» Corporate Fund under the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2023, served as Deputy Head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On August 11, 2023, by Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed as Head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On April 2, 2025, by Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed as Head of the Socio-Economic Policy Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
