The Head of State has deeply regretted the news of the tragic death of people as a result of an explosion in a residential building in the city of Magnitogorsk. “On behalf of Kazakhstan’s nation and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey the words of condolences and sympathy to the families and friends of the victims. I wish a speedy recovery to all those injured,” the telegram says.
