The Head of State has taken with regret the news on the passing of the President of Vietnam Chiang Dai Kuang.
“On these difficult days, sharing the irreplaceable loss, on behalf of Kazakhstan’s nation and on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
Chiang Dai Kuang devoted his whole life to the growth and prosperity of Vietnam, to raising its international prestige. He will remain in the memory of Kazakhstan’s people as a prominent figure that has made a significant contribution to strengthening friendly and partner relations between our countries," the telegram reads.
