In the course of the meeting the two leaders reviewed key areas of bilateral cooperation in trade and economy, as well as further strengthening interaction between the member states within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Nursultan Nazarbayev and Alexander Lukashenko also discussed urgent issues of the international agenda and main measures taken to ensure the global security.
