The issues of the Bank’s activity in Kazakhstan as well as its participation in the implementation of various projects in our country were discussed at the meeting. The head of state noted that a framework agreement of a partnership between Kazakhstan and the EBRD was signed, which creates big opportunities to expand cooperation between our country and the financial organisation. - Kazakhstan allocates 1 trillion 600 billion tenge for economy development. The same amount of investment will be attracted from other sources. I know that the Bank worked with the Government of Kazakhstan effectively. I hope that our mutual cooperation will continue, - Nursultan Nazarbayev said. The EBRD funds projects in 34 countries form Central Europe to Central Asia, as well as states of Southern and Eastern Mediterranean.
