During the meeting Daniyar Akishev informed Nursultan Nazarbayev on key directions of the country’s monetary policy and measures taken to ensure the stability of its financial sector.
The President emphasized the importance of ensuring financial stability of Kazakhstan. He also underscored the need to support small and medium-sized businesses and continue the construction of housing.
Daniyar Akishev, on his part, noted that measures taken to finance real economy should positively influence the development of the country.
At the end of the meeting the President set a number of specific tasks before the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
