- At present, based on two ministries and akimats (town halls), there is a pilot project being implemented, according to which the salaries of employees of these state bodies have increased more than twofold. This allows you to recruit professionals with higher competencies. This experience should be extended to the whole system of public service, Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized.
In addition, the Chairman of the Agency reported on the actions taken to strengthen counteracting corruption manifestations, further transfer of public services to the electronic format, increase the job compensation for civil servants and the personal liability of the first heads of state bodies.
