During the meeting, Nurlan Nigmatulin informed the Head of State about the results of the activity of the Lower Chamber during the 3rd session as part of executing the plan of law-drafting works.
- Majilis has adopted 24 draft laws, including a three-year budget, tax, administrative and customs codes, and the law on the mass media. Thus, we have initiated and sent to the Senate the entire package of bills, Nigmatulin said.
At the end of the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev has made a point of the Majilis in terms of timely legislative support for the process of Kazakhstan’s Third Modernization.
