Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed that the initiative of the Mazhilis to hold early parliamentary election is being widely discussed among experts and the media. He noted the proposal to dissolve the chamber and set early election has received broad public support.
Kabibulla Dzhakupov, in turn, said the main reason for this decision was the need of the parties to update their mandate of trust from the people, obtain broad public consolidation, as well as the need to unite the actions of the Mazhilis and maslikhats in implementation of reforms at all levels.
