Dear Kazakhstanis!
We are welcoming the New Year together as one big Kazakh family. 2015 was the year of new achievements for all of us. We launched deep governmental and economic reforms. The new laws adopted in line with the Plan of the Nation enabled to bring Kazakhstan’s legal framework up-to-date. In 2015, we launched new five-year plans of the Industrialisation and Nurly Zhol programmes. We built 120 new production facilities and industrial enterprises in different regions of the country, thousands of new jobs were created.
In 2015, 400 babies drew their first breath in Kazakhstan. I congratulate all those families on the birth of the new generation of a single nation with a shared future! For them and for hundreds of young Kazakhstanis, we have built new schools and kindergartens, houses and hospitals, roads and enterprises, stadiums and concert halls. We will always preserve our unity for the benefit of all Kazakhstanis. I would like to thank all of you for your contribution into ensuring peace, harmony and prosperity in our Homeland!

The year 2016 takes up the baton of history. This year will mark the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence.
